Privacy

Vibe Shipped is a public directory and does not need accounts. This page lists what we store, where, and why. It covers vibeshipped.io, its API and its MCP server.

Newsletter signups

If you subscribe (on the site or through the MCP tool subscribe_newsletter), we store your email address, the list you chose (Daily Ship or Agent Brief) and the signup time. It is kept in a private Vercel Blob store and in our email provider, Resend, which sends the newsletter. Signup returns a receipt you can use to remove your record, and every email has an unsubscribe link.

App submissions

Submissions (app name, links, optional builder name, handle, revenue claim and email) go to a private review queue. An optional email is only used to contact you about the submission.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights for aggregate page views and performance. They do not use cookies.

AI-agent traffic counts

We count requests from known AI crawlers and agents (identified by their published user-agent names, such as GPTBot or ClaudeBot) and calls to our MCP tools, by tool name and by the client name the MCP client reports. We store only daily totals. No IP addresses, full user-agent strings, request contents or personal data are stored for this.

Hosting logs

The site runs on Vercel, which keeps short-lived operational request logs as part of hosting.

What we never do

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share subscriber emails with sponsors.
