What AI agents actually did on Vibe Shipped, from our own counters. Three different things, counted separately and never added together.

Window: 2026-10-19 to 2026-10-21 (UTC), 3 days with data; 2026-10-21 is still in progress. Updated automatically about every hour (last built 2026-10-21 22:45 UTC). Covers at most the last 30 UTC days with data. Caveat: Bots are identified by their user-agent string, which anyone can spoof. Counts are daily aggregates per UTC day; no IPs, user agents or personal data are stored.

1. AI crawler fetches

2,633 requests in the window: 2,466 from index or training crawlers, 167 user-triggered (an assistant opening a page live for a person).

HTTP requests to vibeshipped.io whose user agent matches a known AI crawler or assistant. Index/training crawlers are counted separately from user-triggered fetches (an assistant opening a page live for a person).

2. Assistant citations

Not measured yet. Counted proxy: 3 visits on ?ref=agent links in the window.

Times an AI assistant cites a Vibe Shipped URL in an answer. We do not measure this yet, so no number is shown. The closest counted signal is visits that arrive on a ?ref=agent link (the link our API and MCP tell agents to cite); a visit is not the same as a citation.

3. MCP tool calls

36 tool calls in the window. Separately, 558 MCP connections (initialize requests).

MCP tool calls are tools/call requests to https://vibeshipped.io/api/mcp. Calls are not attributed to a client, so they can include directory health checks and tests. Connections (initialize requests) are listed separately because most come from MCP directory probes, not end users.
